Welcome to a warm, friendly space where you can relax with friends, be yourself, enjoy a cuppa, and indulge in homemade cakes and pastries.

Make new friends.: For those feeling alone, needing companionship or someone to chat to, then this is the place to meet, share with others and find friendship.
Have fun.: Take part in a fun, informal quiz individually or in a group or just sit and watch. Enjoy other interesting activities such as Word search, Picture Quiz or listen to a “Thought for the Day”.
Special Events.: We’ve enjoyed activities like gentle exercise sessions, talks on hearing health, Christmas carols with readings, and Easter music and activities, all designed to bring people together.

Here’s everything you need to know to get involved in the Friendship Café!

Who is it for?: The Friendship Café is for those 60 and over, looking to meet new people, catch up with friends, and bring along accompanying carers and supporters.
Where do you meet?: At Generations Church, Cannon Street, Louth, just past the cinema on the opposite side of the road.
When is it?: Every second Wednesday in the month from 10:30am to 12 midday
Why?: Our group offers a warm, welcoming space to meet new friends, enjoy fun activities, listen to interesting talks, or just relax.
