What are connect groups?
To help keep you plugged in throughout the week, there are a range of small groups that take place across the town. Connect groups are a great place for you to meet new friends, study the Bible and discuss different topics.
When?
Connect groups meet on alternating Tuesday evenings from 7:30pm until 9:00pm. Family connect begins at 4:30 and includes a meal.
Who?
Connect groups are available to everyone. We run a range of groups aimed at different age groups.
Where?
In home across the town of Louth. During the the current lockdown, we are meeting online via video call.
Why?
Connect groups are a great way to stay connected to the life of the church and to build strong relationships with other Christians.
WHAT IS INVOLVED
So what do you do?
The purpose of connect groups is to help you get connected into the life of the church. The begins as you build relationships with other people in the church. Connect group leaders and also available if you are in need of prayer of support during the week.
Share food
Connect groups regularly arrange social events to share a meal and just have fun together!
Study the Bible
Each session involves a group study. This could be discussion based upon our Sunday morning messages, a DVD series or maybe a one off study of a relevant topic.
Group discussion
Connect groups are a place for discussion and interaction! Come prepared to share your thoughts on the topic we are covering.
Pray together
Connect groups are a great place to get support. Bring your prayer requests to the groups know that there are other looking out for you!

Being part of a Connect group is an essential tool for introducing you to the ideas of the Bible and guiding you through scripture.
Being part of a connect group is like being part of a family. It’s a bunch of people who will listen, help and love you, as well as give you an opportunity to do the same for others. For me, it’s a chance to relax in a safe, open environment and deepen my relationship with God.
